Koutoubi holds the right to delete and report your account and personal information to the authorities in case of breach of any of the following statements:

You will not use Koutoubi to promote, plan, or facilitate any unlawful or terrorist activity.

Term 3

You will not use Koutoubi to harm another user in any way.

You will not create more than one account in order to promote any personal interest or create unfair activity.

Term 5

You will not use any software to gather information from Koutoubi without our prior approval.

Term 6

You will not use the messaging system to offend another user (such as violent words, threatening, or any illegal content).

Term 7

You will not post any inappropriate or illegal item such as items that promote nudity, pornography, violence, hatred, racism, or the like.

Term 8

When pricing an item you will not set a price as to make inappropriate profit margins as compared to the average price of the same item posted by other users on the Koutoubi website.

Term 9

When pricing an item you will not set a price that is unreasonable as compared to the average price of the same item posted by other users on the Koutoubi website.

Term 10

You will be notified if another user reports you. Koutoubi holds the right to freeze or hold your account until the matter is resolved. Based on each case Koutoubi holds the right to delete your account and deny you any of our services in case the abuse actually took place.

Term 11

You will not post any personal or private information about anyone else by using the posting service of Koutoubi.

Term 12

You will not post any item that breaks intellectual property law or any other trademark or patent rights.

Term 13

We will notify you in case we change any of the terms and conditions claims, and we will give you enough time to review and agree to the amendments. In case you don’t respond within the time frame we set it will be considered that you agree to the new terms and conditions.
